Let’s get to know each other!

Our complimentary Meet & Greet is required for all new clients (excluding Pawdicures, Potty Patch Shaves, and Anal Gland Expressions). It’s a relaxed visit where we meet you and your pets, learn their routines, and get familiar with their home environment — so we can provide the best care possible. It’s the first step toward giving your pets the loving, reliable care they deserve — tail wags, purrs, and peace of mind included.

Meet Greets are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 3pm-5pm

DOG WALKING

Treat your dog to a fun, personalized adventure! Our one-on-one walks are tailored to your pup’s pace, energy level, and favorite sniff spots. Whether they love a brisk walk or a leisurely stroll, we make sure your dog gets the exercise, attention, and fresh air they need — rain or shine!

POTTY BREAK

Ideal for puppies and senior dogs! We’ll take your pup out for a bathroom break, refresh their water bowl, serve meals if needed, and of course — sneak in some well-deserved belly rubs, love, and playtime. A perfect little pick-me-up to keep your pet happy and comfortable until you’re home.

ALMOST OVERNIGHT PET SITTING

Worried your pet can’t be left alone overnight? You’re not alone — and we’ve got the perfect solution.

Our "Almost Overnight Pet Sitting" is designed for loving pet parents who want the comfort of knowing their pet is checked on throughout the day and night — without the full cost of an overnight stay.

This service includes three 30-minute visits: morning, afternoon, and bedtime — providing potty breaks, meals, snuggles, and one-on-one attention when it matters most. Additional visits can be requested. Your pet will never go too long without company, affection, or care.

Trusted by families since 2014, this setup is ideal for pets who are comfortable sleeping through the night but still thrive on companionship and routine. We’ll make sure they feel safe, seen, and truly cared for — just like they would if you were home.

CAT SITTING and SMALL & EXOTIC PET SITTING

Whether you have a shy kitty, a chatty parrot, a curious bunny, or a laid-back reptile, we provide gentle, stress-free care right in the comfort of their home. Each drop-in visit includes fresh food and water, litter or habitat cleaning, enrichment or playtime, and lots of love — all tailored to your pet’s unique personality and needs.

We care for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, birds, ferrets, and more!

Even the most independent pets benefit from a daily check-in!

We require at least one visit per day for all cats, small pets, and exotic animals to ensure they’re eating well, staying healthy, and feeling comfortable. A quick visit helps us catch any concerns early and keep everything running smoothly until you return.

One 15-minute visit per day - $20
Two 15-minute visits per day - $40

EQUINE & LIVESTOCK CARE

Reliable, experienced, and ready to lend a helping hand — whether you need occasional support or consistent care for your herd.

We provide compassionate, capable care for horses, goats, sheep, cattle, chickens, and more. From feeding and turnout to stall cleaning and wellness checks, your animals are treated like our own — with love, attention, respect, and consistency. Whether you’re heading out of town or just need an extra farmhand, we’ve got your back — rain, shine, or snow.

Visit duration varies based on the number of animals and level of care needed.

Rates start at $50 per visit

PET TAXI

Need a lift for your furry friend? Whether it’s a trip to the groomer, daycare, or anywhere else, we’ve got your pet covered — safely and stress-free! Perfect for busy pet parents who need an extra helping paw.

PAWDICURES & MORE

Spa day, but make it at home!

We come to you — no stressful car rides or crowded waiting rooms. These in-home services are perfect for pets who prefer the comfort of their own space (and humans who love convenience!).

Appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

Please note: appointments usually book out 2–4 weeks in advance, so schedule early!

Pawdicure (Nail Trim) - $25 per pet

Potty Patch Shave - $30 per pet

(cats & dogs)

Clean up your pet’s potty area to help reduce mess and matting.

Anal Gland Expression - $35 per dog

(dogs only)

A clean and comfortable solution for dogs who need regular expression.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Life happens — we totally understand! We kindly ask for at least 48-hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48-hours in advance by 3:00 PM (M–F)

• Cancellations made with less than 48-hours’ notice may incur a fee for Dog Walks, Potty Breaks, and Pet Taxi services.

A $40 fee will apply if a scheduled service is cancelled after we’ve already arrived or just before arrival.

• For Pet Sitting reservations, the 50% booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to other services or future dates. This fee also acts as a cancellation fee, as we reserve that time specifically for your pets and often turn away other sitting requests.

• For holiday bookings, we ask for additional notice — typically 7 to 14 days in advance — as demand is high and availability is limited.

We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule and help other pet families!

TRAVEL, HOLIDAY, LAST-MINUTE SERVICE REQUEST, AFTER HOURS & WEEKEND FEES

Travel Fee

If you’re located 5–7 miles from our home base (Broadway & Quincy in Englewood), a $5 travel fee will be added to your services.

For our longtime clients who live over 7 miles away, a $10 travel fee will apply.

* To keep things running smoothly, we’re no longer accepting new clients beyond 7 miles. Thank you for understanding!

Holiday Fee – $30

A $30 fee applies to any services scheduled on the following holidays:

Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day

We appreciate your understanding as our team cares for pets during these special times!

Last-Minute Service Request Fee – $15

A $15 fee will be added to services requested within 24-hours of the desired start time.

This applies to:

Pet Sitting, Potty Breaks, Dog Walks, Cat Sitting and Small & Exotic Pet Siting, Equine & Livestock Care, and Pet Taxi services.

After Hours (Weekdays after 5pm) & Weekend Fee – $10

A $10 fee will be added to Potty Breaks, Dog Walks, and Pet Taxi services scheduled after 5pm on weekdays or anytime on weekends.

This fee also applies to Almost Overnight Pet Sitting, Cat Sitting and Small & Exotic Pet Siting, Equine & Livestock Care if scheduled for only one day.
